Scattered work,
one clear flow.

Local AI setups, workflow automation, vibe coding, and development from plan to launch. Grapipe is one developer who talks with you and builds it, start to finish.

Grape + Pipe

Data and repetitive tasks, scattered like a bunch of grapes, connected by pipes into a single result. The nodes and lines in the logo draw that flow.

Grapipe is run by an individual, not a company. The person who first hears about your project is the person who builds it.

Services

I take on work in four areas. Small projects are welcome.

Local AI setup

AI for places where data can’t be sent to outside services. I install open models on your own PCs or servers and connect them to your documents so they can be searched and summarized.

Local models can be less capable than large cloud models. We test with your real material first, then decide whether to go ahead.

  • Q&A over internal documents (RAG)
  • Summarizing and sorting material that can’t leave the company
  • Choosing and installing a model that fits your hardware

Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM

Workflow automation

Cut down the copy-pasting, spreadsheet cleanup and report writing you repeat every week, with scripts and service integrations.

  • Cleaning up and aggregating Excel and Google Sheets data
  • Web data collection and API integrations
  • Email and messenger alerts, scheduled reports

Python, Apps Script, n8n

Vibe coding

Turn an idea into something that works, quickly, with AI coding tools. Code written by AI is still read and reviewed by me before it’s handed over.

  • Prototypes and MVPs to test an idea
  • Reviewing and cleaning up AI-built projects that got stuck
  • Setting up AI coding tools and showing you how to use them

Claude Code, Cursor, Codex

From plan to launch

Requirements, screen design, development, deployment and handover, handled by one person from start to finish.

  • Websites and landing pages
  • Web services, admin panels and internal tools
  • Server, domain and deployment setup

TypeScript, React, Node.js, Cloudflare

How it works

What happens at each step, from your first message to handover.

  1. 1

    Inquiry

Email me your situation and the result you want. It doesn’t need to be organized.

  2. 2

    Consultation

We sort out what you need and what you don’t, and set the scope.

  3. 3

    Quote and schedule

Scope, cost and timeline are written down and agreed before work starts.

  4. 4

    Development

I share progress along the way, so a wrong direction gets caught early.

  5. 5

    Handover

You get the result together with how to use it and what’s needed to run it.

  6. 6

    Afterwards (optional)

If needed, I keep handling changes and maintenance.

Because it’s one person,
here’s what I stick to

The person you talk to builds it

No middleman. The person you spoke with designs it and writes the code.

I only promise what I can deliver

If the work isn’t a good fit or the timing doesn’t work, I’ll say so before we start.

I don’t take on many projects at once

Depending on current work, the start date may need to be arranged.

You can maintain it after handover

Source code, setup steps and operating notes are handed over together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask about a very small job?

Yes. A single spreadsheet script or one simple page is fine.

How is pricing decided?

It depends on scope and duration, so there’s no fixed price list. We agree on the scope first, then I send a quote.

Do I need special hardware for local AI?

It depends on the size of the model. I check your current PC or server specs first, then lay out what’s possible with them and when extra hardware would be needed.

What if I don’t know much about development?

That’s fine. Tell me the result you want, and I’ll explain the technical choices and the reasons behind them.

How is working with an individual different from a company?

One person handles everything, so there are fewer layers of communication. On the other hand, I take on fewer projects at a time, so the schedule may need to be arranged depending on when you reach out.

Whatever it is,
start with where things stand.

It’s fine if you’re not sure exactly what you need. I’ll reply as soon as I read your email.

Fill this in and your mail app will open with the message ready.
